This policy applies to information we collect (i) on this Website, (ii) on our social networking pages, (iii) via electronic messages from you, (iv) from our advertising partners, sponsors, or co-sponsors, and (iv) offline at our live events.  This policy does not apply to the information you may submit to other websites that may link to our Website.  Also, to the extent other websites collect information from you, you will be bound by such other websites’ privacy policies, and this policy only applies if such other websites share your information with us.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Website or attend our live events. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect Your Information

The information we collect from you fall into two broad categories.  The first is information by which you may be personally identified, such as name and e-mail address (“personal information”).  The second is information that is about you but individually does not identify you (“aggregate information”) and details about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Website, and usage details.

We collect this information:

Directly from you when you provide it to us.  This may be by way of forms you fill out on our Website, live events for which you sign up from our Website or social media pages, and the information you provide to us at our live events.

Automatically as you navigate through the Website or social network pages. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.

From third parties, for example, our business partners.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed on public areas of the Website or our social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn or other third party sites, or transmitted to other users of the Website or third parties (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we may limit access to certain pages/you may set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your account profile, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

The information we collect automatically is deemed to be aggregate information and does not include personal information, but we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Website and to deliver a better and more personalized service, such as by enabling us to estimate our audience size and usage patterns, store information about your preferences to allow us to customize our Website according to your individual interests, speed up your searches, and recognize you when you return to our Website.
